Universe of Emotions is the space in which to learn to identify and manage the emotions that we are capable of experiencing. The articles, the visual map of emotions, the emotional calendar, the book… Get to know yourself better with the help of all these resources!

The Universe of Emotions poster in English incorporates more than 50 emotions and 4 new galaxies. Science and art come together in the largest graphic representation of emotions known to date. The more than 350 emotions that this map includes allow us to visualize and understand our behavior as human beings.

A true tool that, together with the book Universe of Emotions, allows us to understand the complex mechanism that moves our inner self. A starting point to begin managing our feelings.
The universe is the totality of space, time and all forms of matter and energy. In the universe, several aggregate structures can be identified that configure the image that we represent to ourselves of it. Among these structures, we can highlight galaxies, constellations, asteroids, comets, interstellar matter and dark matter, among others. This project establishes a parallel between the cosmic universe and the world of emotions intrinsic to human beings.
In a metaphorical way, the structures of the universe are applied to the emotions that identify and define us as unique people and in a continuous process of change. Although the essence of the content has a scientific foundation, this poster uses the licenses inherent in art and metaphor. Poster Universe of Emotions in Catalan is a map to visualize emotional relationships, a portrait of what happens inside each of us.
